I can't recommend the Property Master Academy enough. The property sector is full of false pretences with every other person looking to sell you a course in exchange for a hope and a dream, however PMA are noble in their approach and full of knowledge and wisdom. You are an absolute force with them behind you. What separates the Property Master Academy from the rest are the small numbers and intimacy. There aren't layers upon layers of hierarchy and mentors, please don't ever change that.

I joined the PMA mentorship programme in January 2022. I needed an extra push to start my investment journey in property and I got just what I needed.
For a long time, I was watching numerous YouTube videos and read lots of blogs on property investment, just to find myself overwhelmed and confused with so many strategies. Also, most people in the business seemed to be more interested in selling courses than helping new starters.
I then came across the Property Master Academy Mentorship Program through Clubhouse and I immediately knew that was the kind of support I needed.
At the PMA we had a double treat, Mark Lloyd and Jackie Reeves: two amazing mentors with many years of experience prepared to pass on their knowledge to us. We also work with an amazingly diverse group of mentees who are always there to support us, especially in moments of struggle.
I can say that 2022 was a decent year for me. I started the year with some capital to invest but had no idea how. I had no properties and was hesitant to make the first step.
12 months later I have managed to complete on 7 properties and have all of them rented out, including a 5-bed HMO. I also secured a multimillion-pound investment using the strategies taught at the mentorship. I eventually managed to quit my 9 to 5 job thanks to my property investments and am now working flexible hours and 100% remote. Currently, I am working from Bali, in the sunshine.
Was it easy? NO WAY!
During the mentorship, we are constantly reminded that this is not a get-rich-quick game like some want us to believe. There have been lots of disappointments, frustrations, falls through, and delays in the past 12 months. There were moments I thought this whole thing wasn’t for me because I could not see any results. And, it has also felt very lonely at times. Nonetheless, I can say from experience that it is possible to be successful. By being fully committed, getting the right support, applying what I was learning, and putting in the hours, I managed to tackle the obstacles and make a success out of them.
Surely, this mentorship won’t be for everyone. It is also true that property investment is not for everyone either. But for me the two have been a good match and brought positive results, that is considering my personal circumstances and goals.
Everything was much simpler and made sense with the support of my mentors and also the wonderful group of mentees, who I will thank forever. The opportunity to work with such an amazing group of brilliant people is priceless. It has been one hell of a ride so far and it is just the beginning. The network I built in the past 12 months will surely be my source of strength for years to come.
